KBM 502 (Culture medium for human lymphocyte expansion)
Product Explanation
This product is a culture medium suitable for the expansion culture of human lymphocytes (T cells, NK cells, dendritic cells).
Cytokines appropriate for the target cells should be added at the time of use.
Can be used for the expansion culture of cells activated with KBM 501.
Addition of serum (plasma) may be omitted during the expansion culture.
This product contains human interleukin-2 (IL-2) at 175 JRU/mL (281 IU/mL).
KBM 502B, which is KBM 502 filled in a gas permeable bag, is also available.
You can choose either according to your purpose.

・This product contains no protein other than human serum albumin, human transferrin, recombinant human insulin and recombinant human interleukin-2.
・Buffering capacity is enhanced to minimize pH fluctuation.
・It contains kanamycin sulfate as an antibiotic.
