KBM 501 (Culture medium for human lymphocyte activation)
Product Explanation
This product is a culture medium suitable for activating human lymphocytes (T cells, NK cells, dendritic cells).
Cytokines appropriate for the target cells should be added at the time of use.
Add 5 to 10% serum (plasma) at the start of activation culture.
It is recommended to use KBM 502 and KBM 502B for the expansion culture after activation.
This product contains recombinant human interleukin-2 (IL-2) at 1750 JRU/mL (2810 IU/mL).

・This product contains no protein other than human serum albumin, human transferrin, recombinant human insulin and recombinant human interleukin-2.
・Buffering capacity is enhanced to minimize pH fluctuation.
・It contains kanamycin sulfate as an antibiotic.
