Application
This product is a cell detachment solution with optimized trypsin concentration to reduce damage during the detaching process when passing stem cells such as mesenchymal stem cells and iPS cells.
The absence of animal-derived materials also reduces the risk of rejection and viral infection.

[Culture Condition]
Cells: Adipose Stem Cells
Medium: KBM ADSC-4
Container: 6-well plate
Conditions: Stationary culture at 37℃ in a 5% carbon dioxide environment
Analysis: Imaging at one day or 4 days after seeding
[Examples of Detaching and Reseeding Conditions]
1. Wash the cells once with D-PBS(-).
2. 500 μL of KBM Trypsin AOF was added.
3. Let it sit at room temperature for 5 minutes.
4. Confirm by microscopic examination that the cells had peeled off, and completely peeled off with tapping.
5. Collect in tubes and add 10 mL of medium.
6. Centrifuge, remove the supernatant, and reseed the cells.
