Overview
KM Banker III is a ready-to-use cryopreservation solution that does not contain Dimethyl- sulfoxide (DMSO) which may suppress differentiation induction.

Protocols
1. Make the cell pellet with centrifugation (3-5 minutes at 1000-1300 rpm) and removes the supernatant.
2. Add KM banker III to the pellet and gently suspend (cell concentration from 1.0×105 cells/ml to 5.0×106 cells/ml).
3. Transfer the suspended cells to the suitable cryopreservation tubes.
4. Place the cryopreservation tubes in a commercial freezing container and freeze it gradually at -80℃.
5. For long-term storage, transfer the tubes to the liquid nitrogen after freezing.
